Supernova Partners Acquisition Company, Inc. was established to partner with an advantaged growth company that benefits from thematic shifts and tech-enabled trends.  On March 18, 2021, SPNV announced its planned merger with Offerpad.  The transaction, which has been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of Offerpad and Supernova, is subject to approval by Supernova's stockholders and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to be completed in the second or early third quarter of 2021.
